The hotel I stay in is a priority for me when I travel out of town. I try to make sure the hotel is in the right part of the city and the room itself is something I feel comfortable staying in. Fortunately, Hotel LeVeque was just my type of accommodation. Located in Downtown Columbus this hotel opened its doors to the public in early March 2017. The receptionists were friendly and the décor made you felt like you were stargazing both in the lobby and your room.
If you’re familiar with my style you know that I love anything minimal. The main lobby was stunning and has a unique design and décor. The columns and tall ceilings definitely made you feel elevated.
Upon entering the room, the grey color scheme with a touch of gold accents made it feel like an elegant stay but also made you feel right at home.
The bathroom had several up-lights that can definitely brighten up your morning or evening, literally. Though majority of the bathroom was white, the shower room, walls, and floors all consisted of a different type of texture to add more dimensions to the bathroom itself.
If you’re looking to stay at a quiet place in Columbus downtown that is not too far from all of the restaurant and bar scene this is the place for you. We took an Uber that evening we were there and it was less than a mile drive to our location, which was very lively that evening by the way. Valet parking is $30 a day; there is also a garage parking option for a lesser rate but you’ll have to pay each time you leave and come (weekend is only $5 each entry).
